If you are new to the area be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Chamber website http://www.navarrechamber.com or go by the Navarre Visitors Center (located next to the beach bridge) and pick up a free relocation packet.
Read our Neighborhood Description here : East Bay Village is one of four HOA ‘s in the Villa Danielle subdivision. Villa Danielle is located off East Bay Boulevard (Highway 399) on Bay Club Drive. There is a large entrance sign into the neighborhood that reads “Villa Danielle” as displayed in the picture above. "East Bay Village" HOA is the first HOA in the subdivision located on left side of Bay Club Drive driving north. EBV has 28 townhouses in four townhouse buildings and 28 patio homes. “The Landing” HOA has 84 homes and begins at the end of Bay Club Drive. “The Boat Club" HOA has 15 homes and is located at the far end of the sub-division. The fourth HOA is called "The Master" HOA. The Master has no homes but is responsible for collecting annual assessments from all 155 homes to provide for the roads, retention pond, drainage and common areas.

THERE ARE TWO PARKING AREAS, YOUR GARAGE AND YOUR DRIVEWAY. THE SIDE STREET OPPOSITE THE MAILBOX SIDE IS ALLOWED FOR ONE ADDITIONAL VEHICLE. IF YOU HAVE A FOURTH VEHICLE IT MUST GO DOWN TO OVERFLOW PARKING BY THE POOL. NEVER PARK ON THE MAIN ROAD. PARKING FINES OF $100 CAN BE ISSUED.
HOME PROJECTS
Owners: Contact the HOA before starting projects. Interior or exterior home projects may require HOA approval. Just call us and explain what you intend to do, we'll tell you if it requires written approval or if the covenants will not allow it. It may be expensive if you have to undo it.
PROHIBIT SHORT TERM RENTALS
East Bay Village HOA Rules prohibit rentals/leases for less than 1 year.
