     TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE ACTIVITY AREA FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS

          The Activity Area includes the Pool the Pickleball Court and the Park. 

 

Owners : Before submitting any application for access to the Pool Activity Area make sure you are up-to-date on your Dues and are compliant with the HOA Covenants and Rules. Otherwise your paperwork will be delayed until you are in compliance.

This includes the: 1)Electronic Communication Form

                               2) Declaration page of your Homeowner insurance policy. 

 

 The Declaration page of your Homeowner insurance showing the address insured and the expiration date needs to be submitted every year when it is renewed.  Dec pages that expire will cause the gate code to be blocked until a new page is submitted. Thank You

 

1. Read the rules for each of the three areas 1)Park 2)Pool 3)Pickleball Court by clicking on the link below for each area.

2. Read, Print and Sign the Activity Area Agreement Form. Click the link below. It is also shown at the bottom this page. 

3. After you print out and sign the form-send it to us. You can scan and email to hoa@eastbayvillage.org OR send it to us in the mail at EBV-HOA, 2835 Bay Club Dr, Navarre FL 32566. 

4. After you send it and we have received it we will contact you to issue the Activity Area Pass ( Blue Pass Card) and the Gate Code. Be sure to include a method to contact you if you send your form by snail mail. (please provide a phone or email)

 

 

 

GATE CODE and ACTIVITY PASS                                                                                              You must have a Gate Code and Blue Activity Pass in order to use the Activity Area.  

If you are a resident owner you must sign and return the Activity Area Agreement form.

If you are a NON-resident owner and do not live in the house but rent it-you also must sign and return the form. This is the HOA record that YOU are aware of the RULES.

If you are an owner and have a Tenant the Tenant Must also sign their own separate form and send it to us. This is a record that states the Tenant is aware of the rules.

 

ONE BLUE PASS                                                                                                                          Only one Activity Area Pass can be issued to any address.                                                  If you are a resident owner you can use the Pass and have access to the Activity Area. If you are an owner with a tenant you do not have access to the Activity Area the Tenant does.

 

DISPLAY THE BLUE PASS

Display the Blue Pass while in the pool area or any Activity Area. This is the way we know you belong. 

 

TRESSPASSING                                                                                                                      Unauthorized people who are tresspassing will be dealt with legal means. Display the Pass so we know that you belong and are not tresspassing.

 

LOST PASS-                                                                                                                                   If you are an owner who rents your place to a tenant and they have been issued a pass and they move, you are responsible for recovering the PASS. If the old Tenant leaves with the Pass it will cost you $10 for a New Pass for the New Tenant. The passes have a number on them and we track who has them.

Violations of any Rules for any Activity Area can cause your Gate Code to be blocked and access denied. Please read the Rules and abide by them. While using any Activity Area the

The Pool, Pickle Ball Courts and Park Area have a fence and a gate for a reason. This is private property for use by current Homeowners and Tenants of the East Bay Village HOA.

To gain access as an Owner or Tenant you must first sign a USE agreement-stating you are familiar with the Pool, Court and Park use Rules.

ACTIVITY AREA - AGREEMENT FORM (MAY 2018)

The Activity Area includes the Pool the Pickle Ball Courts and the Park Area. These are Rules that help maintain safety and order if followed. Each Owner and Tenant is required to fill out and sign a copy of this “Activity Area Agreement Form”. Owners must be in good standing with the HOA in order for them, their Tenant or Guests to use any area. This includes all Dues current and compliant with HOA rules and covenants.

THREE AREAS-THREE SETS OF RULES

There is a set of rules for each of the 3 activity areas.  By signing this form you acknowledge you have read and are aware of the Rules and any Amendments for all three areas.    

POOL/ACTIVITY PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED

The “Pool/Activity Area” Pass will be displayed any time the Owner or Tenant is in any of the fenced area of the Pool, Pickle Ball Court or Park/Picnic Area. This helps us identify people who are not authorized to be in our area. If you do not Display your Pass you will be asked to leave. Owners or Tenants MUST accompany guests in any activity area.

DAMAGES and LITTER

Any damage caused by Owner, Tenant or guest will be charged to the Owner by special assessment, in accordance with Article IV sec 3 of the CCR.  Those that leave trash behind can have their USE of the entire Activity Area suspended, including the Park, Pool and PickleBall.

GATE CODE- “DO NOT PROP THE GATE OPEN!”

Sharing the Pool/Activity Area codes and Passes is an automatic suspension of Pool Activity Area privileges for 60 days. Example, allowing others in the Pool or Activity area who are not authorized or do not have a PASS.

OWNER and TENANTS with VISITORS

Owners with Tenants must ensure their visitors are aware of these rules and do not violate them. Visitors breaking the rules can cause the Owner or Tenant to be suspended.

“ACTIVITY AREA - AGREEMENT FORM”

In order to get a Pool/Activity Pass and be issued a gate code Owners and Tenants must first sign this “Activity Area- Agreement Form” stating that you have read and fully understand the rules of the 1) Pool 2) Pickle-Ball Court 3) Village Park of the HOA. If the rules are not followed the Board of Directors may take away privileges to the Pool OR Activity Area for up to 60 days.

TRESPASSING

-If you are not a guest, an Owner or Tenant have no Pool/Activity Pass, or not in good standing with the HOA you are considered trespassing and subject to full prosecution allowed by law.

NO ANIMALS IN THE POOL AND PICKLEBALL COURT

I  read and will comply with the Animal restrictions in the “Service and Assistance /Support Animal Policies”.
