HOA RULES FOR OWNERS AND TENANTS
The HOA page contains copies of documents that are written as a list of Rules Regualtions and Proceedure. Some of the documets are long and require digging to find information. This section is designed to help owners and tenants locate information easily.
The CCR's contain Article VIII which is the rules for property owners and tenants. Below it is listed as "Do's and Don't's" The CCR's were amended in year 2000 with Amendment 3. We have updated that section of the CCR with the amendment and placed it here so you don't have to dig thru the CCRs. Every owner and tenant should read these and comply.

Please go to the "Pool and Grounds" Page for the Rules for the Pool, Pickleball Court and Village Park
HOMEOWNER MODIFICATIONS Please go to the "ARC-ARB" page before making any modification to your home to include inside or outside projects. It can be expensive to pay for the cost of taking it down plus lawyer fees. Please check with the HOA first before starting any building projects to include lawn projects.
